1. New Orleans Summer Campaign

"We are showing that New Orleans can be special for families, for those who enjoy the high life, or enjoying the culture of the city. No two NOLAs are the same," says New Orleans Tourism and Marketing CEO Mark Romig.

2. "I Hate Thailand" video

"Leo Burnett Thailand and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) released an unbranded and uncredited video online two weeks ago. Titled “I hate Thailand”, the five-minute video quickly drew the attention of people around the world and raked up a million views within just three days. The film currently stands at over 1.8 million views and the number of views continues to grow," according to Exchange4Media.com. (YouTube views as of 7/8/2015 was 2.79 million).

3. West Virginia's 'Real' Campaign

Skift reported in June 2015 that state Tourism Commissioner Amy Shuler Goodwin said the effort will focus on the outdoorsy qualities of the state and focus largely online, digital and social media exposure through video and other media.

4. New Tourism Businesses Join Canadian Signature Experiences Collection

"Our government recognizes the important contribution that tourism makes to the Canadian economy," said the Honourable Maxime Bernier, Minister of State (Small Business and Tourism, and Agriculture). "Through the Canadian Signature Experiences collection, tourism entrepreneurs do a great job showcasing to the world everything our country has to offer, while creating jobs and growth here at home."
